How Does This Process Work?

1st: Give us a call at 609-310-1413. We will need to know the address of property.   

2nd: We will send out a real estate referral fee form to your email that will need to be signed and sent back via email to perimeterestates1@gmail.com. This form guarantees that you will receive your referral fee upon a successful real estate close.  

3rd: We will update you on a weekly basis on how the close is coming along. Close typically could take 7 to 30 days.  

4th: PAY DAY!!!! Let us know how you would like to receive your $2,500.00 Real Estate Referral fee.

What Properties To Look For To Earn Referral Fee?

Look for properties that may need repairs and have been abandon.

Look for land or lots.

If you know someone who is looking to sell their property refer them to us.
